Expected Delivery Times

David Morgan products are generally shipped within one business day of receiving your order for US deliveries, within two business days for international shipments. We ship from our office and warehouse facility in Bothell, Washington. We ship items Monday through Friday. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Expected Delivery Times, Standard Delivery

Orders placed by 11:00 a.m.  Pacific Time Monday through Friday are normally despatched the same day. We ship primarily by USPS Ground Advantage and UPS.  The expected number of business days until delivery is shown on the following map. For orders placed after 11:00 a.m., add one business day.

Expected Delivery Times, Expedited Delivery

Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. will be received either the next business day (Expedited Overnight) or within two business days (Expedited 2nd Day Air). For orders placed after 11:00 a.m., add one business day.

* Business days are Monday through Friday (except major holidays).
* Most customers find our standard delivery is prompt and cost effective.
* Additional time should be allowed over holidays.
* Standard delivery to some rural areas may take longer.
* Errors and discrepancies in billing addresses and order information can increase the order processing time.

International Shipments

International orders are usually dispatched within two business days of receiving your order. Allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries. Duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery if required. Please also see Shipments to Canada.
