- Where is David Morgan Located?
We are located in Bothell, Washington. If you are in the greater Seattle area, please stop by and visit our retail store, located with our office and warehouse facilities.
- Do you have a print catalog?
Yes, we publish a print catalog twice a year, available at no charge to US mailing addresses. Please check our Catalog Request Form for further information.
- How can I contact you in person?
We can be reached by phone between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, Saturdays in November and December. We are closed major holidays.

- Where can I find more information on how to place an order?

- What are your shipping charges?
Our $9.00 handling charge for standard delivery covers shipment within the US by USPS Priority Mail or UPS and handling and standard delivery on your first exchange (if needed.) Most customers find our standard delivery is prompt and cost effective. Please check our Shipping Information page for further information on expedited shipping and international shipments.
- How soon will I receive my order?
We ship promptly from our office and warehouse facility in Bothell, Washington. Goods are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay. Most orders will be received within 3 to 5 days of placing the order. We ship items Monday through Friday. Please check our Expected Delivery Times page for further information, including expected delivery times for expedited and foreign shipments.
- Do you offer discount coupons?
No, we do not offer discount coupons, promo code or other “preferred buyer” discounts. Our prices here at David Morgan are set to give you good value all the time. You can order with confidence, any time, knowing you haven’t missed a discount coupon, promotional offer or other deal. [Learn More]
- Do you have sales?
Our prices are set to give you good value all the time, and do not permit us to put regular items on sale. Whether you shop online, through our print catalog or in our retail store, our prices are the same. We are occasionally able to offer discontinued items at special prices.
- Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our goods. Any item found unsatisfactory on inspection should be returned in unused condition within 90 days with all tags for replacement or full refund of product price. Special orders, books and DVD’s may be returned only if defective or not as specified.
- Are you related to David Morgan Ltd. of Cardiff, Wales?
No, we are not related, although you can see their original plaques on display in our store! David Morgan Ltd. of Cardiff Wales closed in January 2005 after 125 years in business. More info
