When you wish to send a gift but are unsure of style, color or size, one of our personalized gift certificates can provide the answer. When you check out, please include any gift message you wish us to include, and the recipient's name and address. We will send the personalized gift certificate and our catalog directly to the recipient, and of course we will let you know we have sent it. Gift certificates are the perfect solution when you are unsure of the recipient's size or preferences. We offer gift certificates in any denomination over $25.00. Gift certificates can be purchased online in multiples of $25, and are not charged our normal handling or sales tax when purchased. We will mail the personalized gift certificate directly to the recipient, along with any personal note you wish us to include and a copy of our catalog.
Gift Certificates can be redeemed online, by phone, fax, mail or in person at our retail store. When redeeming a gift certificate, please provide the gift certificate number. If the order total is less than the gift certificate amount the balance will be retained, and can be used for a future order. If the order total is less than the gift certificate amount, please pay the difference using our normal methods of payment.
To redeem a gift certificate online, please complete your order in the normal manner. When checking out, enter your gift certificate number in the space provided on the shopping cart page, then click on "Update Cart".
