Filson's traditional Double Logger Coat is a utilitarian rain jacket for use under harsh work conditions. It is made from the oil finish duck (tin cloth) for maximum rain protection, and has a double cape shoulder extending over the arms to the cuff. There are two front pockets with tops just under the cape. There are no bottom pockets, producing a lighter weight yet rugged garment that won't interfere with a logger's saw or any other obstacle. Closure is by snaps. The back length of a size L(44) coat is 30 inches. A detachable hood can be purchased separately. Color is Dark Tan. The oil finish tin cloth is not pre-shrunk, and may shrink with repeated soaking in the rain. If you expect to use your coat primarily as rainwear, we suggest you order one size larger than your normal size. Made in USA.
