These kangaroo skins are a high strength bark tannage, drum stuffed. The black skins are tannery dyed, and are black through the skin. The medium weight kangaroo skin is suitable for belts, stock whips and most horse gear. The thickness is about 0.8 mm. Skins range from about 65 to 85 square decimeters (7 to 9.1 square feet).
