This finely woven Panama hat is marvelously light (about 2 oz.) and supple. It goes on your head like a fresh breeze, conforming effortlessly to your head shape. You will be the envy of all your friends when you wear it.

It is hand woven from the toquilla fiber in the Brisa pattern, and blocked and finished in Cuenca, Ecuador. It has a cotton sweatband and a black cotton puggaree. The height of the crown is 4-1/2 inches at the sides. The neat brim edge is back-woven, rather than turned over and sewn. This hand finished brim is about 3 inches wide on the sides, 2-3/4 inches at the front and back. There is a reinforcement inside at the front pinch, but the hat should be picked up by the brim. Natural color. Woven and finished in Ecuador.
