Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, Saturdays in November and December through December 21. Orders can be placed online, by telephone, fax or mail. We ship promptly from our office and warehouse facility in Bothell, Washington. Goods are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay. Telephone Orders/Inquiries
We are available to take your orders during our normal working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Fax Orders
Our fax is available to take your orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please use our offline order form (pdf) and retain it as your record. The fax number is (425) 486-0224.

Payment
Payment can be by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check or money order (in U.S. funds). If paying by credit card, please ensure that your credit card billing address is entered correctly. Billing address errors can prevent us from obtaining authorization and hence can delay your order. Fax and telephone orders must be paid by credit card. If you are ordering by fax or mail and charge to a credit card, please sign the order form where indicated and enter your complete card number, CVV number and expiration date.

Sales Tax
Purchases sent to any address within the State of Washington must include State Sales Tax of 9.5%. Sales tax is not required for purchases sent to other states, Canada or abroad.

Handling Charge
To help defray handling and shipping cost, there is a charge of $9.00 on all shipped orders. This handling charge covers standard delivery within the United States and handling and standard delivery on your first exchange (if needed.)

Standard Delivery Within the United States
Most orders will be received within 3 to 5 days of placing the order. We ship by USPS Priority Mail and UPS. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by Priority Mail. [Shipping, Expected Delivery Times]

Expedited Shipments
We offer expedited delivery by air of in stock items when this service is essential. The cost for this service is calculated during the checkout process, where you can select the shipping option that suits you best. Please place your order by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time so that we may ship your order the same day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery will be one (Overnight Air) or two (Second Day Air) business days later. This service is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes and some rural areas. [Shipping]

International Shipments
We are pleased to fill orders shipped outside the US (including Canada). International shipments are charged our normal handling fee of $9.00 plus the actual shipping and insurance costs. Allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries. Duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery, if required. Orders delivered outside the US are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express or USPS Express Mail International. Jewelry may need to be shipped by USPS First Class International Registered to comply with international regulations between the US and your country. Please note:  We are only able to ship some of our products internationally by adhering to the strict US Fish and Wildlife Service export inspection procedures. These restrictions include kangaroo leather products (no shipments outside the US), crocodile leather products (no shipments outside the US) and jewelry (no shipments to Australia.)

Gifts
For your convenience, any items purchased as gifts will at your request be sent directly to your friends. You will be given an opportunity to enter a gift ship to address and gift message during the checkout process. When we ship a gift, we include a gift invoice with the shipment which gives the donor's name, address and gift message. No prices are shown on the gift invoice.

Gift Certificates
When you wish to send a gift but are unsure of style, color or size, one of our personalized gift certificates can provide the answer. Order online, or send us the name and address of the recipient and the amount you wish to give ($25.00 minimum), together with any note or message you wish us to include. We will send the personalized gift certificate and our catalog directly to the recipient. There is no handling charge nor sales tax for gift certificates.

Gift Certificates can be redeemed by telephone, fax or mail at this time. If you wish to use a gift certificate for an online order, place your online order in the normal manner, then telephone, fax or mail us your gift certificate number. Any price difference can be paid using our normal methods of payment.

Catalogs
If you live in the United States, and would like a copy of our print catalog, please sign in/register with us, indicating you'd like to receive our catalog, or complete our catalog request form. The catalog is free to anyone living in the United States. If you live outside the United States, we will gladly send you a copy of our print catalog but have to charge our normal handling charge of $9.00. To order a copy to be mailed outside the US, please select the David Morgan Print Catalog, then complete the order process.

Retail Store
If you are in the Seattle area, we invite you to visit our store. We carry more items in our store than we are able to show in either our print or online catalogs. The store is located with our office and warehouse facilities in Bothell, Washington, just off Interstate 405. [Directions]
