Do you carry inserts or replacement vinyl inserts for my Bosca wallet?
Bosca no longer includes vinyl inserts with their leather wallets. We do not carry replacement
vinyl inserts, but these inserts can be obtained by telephoning Bosca at
1-800-732-6722. Bosca’s leather accessories are crafted from top
grain leathers selected for their quality and durability. With a little
care, Bosca accessories will give years of service, usually outlasting
the vinyl inserts. In recognition
of the durability of their products, Bosca will replace the vinyl insert
upon request.
Do you carry refills for my Bosca address book?
We offer replacement inserts for the Bosca desk accessories we carry.
Note that Bosca does make other styles of desk accessories which
we do not carry, so please check the size you require before ordering.

I want to replace a wallet but you don't seem to carry it.
Can you order it for me?
Sorry, at this time we cannot special order items from Bosca.
We carry primarily Bosca's Old Leather, the finest bovine leather offered by
Bosca. If you are looking for a particular item in one of their other leathers,
such as Saddler or Napa Vitello, you might like to check first to see if we
carry the same item in Old Leather. Otherwise, we suggest you visit Bosca's
website at www.bosca.com.
Your prices seem much higher than those I've seen elsewhere.
Why?
Chances are you were comparing the same style in a different leather. Many department
stores only carry Bosca's line of wallets and purses in their less expensive
leathers such as Nappa Vitello and Saddler. Although these are fine leathers,
they are not the quality of Bosca's Old Leather, and hence do not cost as much.
We make every effort to offer the items we carry at the best possible prices.
Why are David Morgan prices lower than those I've seen elsewhere?
Bosca products are distributed primarily through their dealers (such as
us), where customers can get personal service. Bosca does sell directly to customers
to ensure that all of their very wide range of items is available to everyone
everywhere, without undercutting their own dealers. Since we are a small, tightly
run company we are able to offer slightly lower prices on the items we carry.
What is the difference between Bosca's Old Leather and Correspondent
Leather?
The Old Leather and Correspondent Leather start with the same oak tanning, which
gives the leather a tight, dense, durable quality. The difference between the
two leathers is in the finishing. The Old Leather is given a polishing treatment
that smoothes the surface, resulting in an initial high shine that soon matures
with use to an attractive matte finish of understated elegance. The Correspondent
Leather is milled, or tumbled in large oak rotating drums to bring out the grain
structure on the surface. The grain varies in different areas of the hide. Different
parts of the hide, showing different grain structure, are used in the various
parts of wallets, adding interest and a pleasing variation.

How do I take care of Bosca Leathergoods?
Fine leather deserves good care. A light coating of Pecard
Leather Dressing every six months will maintain the fine appearance of your
Bosca leathergoods. For further information please see our Care

My Bosca wallet is defective. Will Bosca fix it for me?
The Bosca Company guarantees their products against manufacturing defects.
Wallets do experience normal wear and tear. If you feel your wallet has a manufacturing
defect, please call Bosca's customer service number at 1-800-732-6722.
Where are the Bosca Leathergoods made?
Bosca is based in Springfield, Ohio. They originally imported their leathergoods
from Italy, but later set up to manufacture themselves in the USA. Bosca recently closed their US manufacturing facilities, and now
draw from their facilities in Italy and China, with most of the items we carry manufactured in China. Bosca starts with the
best leather they can find and utilizes state-of-the-art cell manufacturing
along with a tremendous amount of hand labor to produce their quality products.
Each item is manufactured at the facility best suited to the individual item,
to Bosca's specifications and tight standards. Items requiring a single skilled craftsman
to produce the item are sometimes brought from Italy.
Do you have sales on Bosca Leather Goods?
As with all our goods, our prices are set to give you good value all the time,
and do not permit us to put regular items on sale. Whether you shop online,
through our print catalog or in our retail store, our prices are the same. We
are occasionally able to offer discontinued Bosca styles or colors at special
prices.
